A few months ago my friends and I were smoking in a car at this view of my town up on a hill. When we finished and were getting ready to go, my friend who was driving was shuffling around trying to get something. She can be pretty clumsy, and just as a cop was driving by us down the hill, she bent down and accidentally honked her horn! Luckily, the cop didn't pay attention, but we reeked and had a lot of illegal substances in the vehicle. To this day i do not understand why the cop didn't stop, but i am so thankful he didn't.
